Ingredients
- 20-22 Monaco biscuits
- 1 medium potato boiled & mashed
- 2 tbsp onion finely chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato finely chopped
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- 1 tsp chat masala
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 2 tbsp green chutney
- 1/2 cup nylon sev
Instructions
preparing the potato stuffing :
Collect all the required ingredients.
Take a bowl and add boiled and mashed potatoes.
Add chopped onion, tomato and green chilies.
Then add chat masala and lemon juice.
Mix it very well.
Potato Stuffing is ready. Keep it aside.
making sev bites :
Place a monaco biscuit on a clean dry surface, spread 1 tsp stuffing on it.
Place another biscuit on the stuffing and press it lightly.
Prepare all the biscuits this way.
Take one prepared stuffed biscuit and coat it with tomato ketchup.
Then roll the prepared stuffed biscuit in sev and coat it evenly from all the sides.
Now take another prepared stuffed biscuit and coat it with green chutney.
Again then roll the prepared stuffed biscuit in sev and coat it evenly from all the sides.
Prepare all the sev bites this way. If you are making for kids, coat theprepared stuffed biscuits in tomato ketchup, and if not then mix match the combination of sauces.
Serve this immediately and enjoy.
Notes
- You can change stuffing as per your choice as you can also use boiled corn in the stuffing.
- You can use any use instead of tomato ketchup and green chutney.
- Also, serve the snack immediately after preparation or it will get soggy.
- You need to be careful while assembling. Don’t make this recipe prior if you are not serving it immediately after making. The main reason behind this is, your biscuits will become soggy due to the moisture of vegetables.
- Use salty biscuit for this recipe. Do not use cookies or any cream biscuit.
