Broccoli sprouts are young broccoli plants that have grown for about 3-4 days and taste similar to radishes.   • ½ cup (52 g) of cucumber
  • 1 peeled orange
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) of lemon juice
  • ¼ of an avocado
  • 1 cup (240ml) of water
  • 2 cups (435 g) of ice
  • 1 cup (152 g) of strawberries (optional)
  • 1 cup (225 g) of pineapple (optional)
